If you are experiencing a problem with your Formlabs printer or your Form 2 or Form 3 prints then let us know and we'll help you.
 

Here's how to contact us for the speediest diagnosis of any issue you may be encountering:

  • In your email describe in as much detail as possible the issue you are encountering and please ensure you include the following information:
    • Your Formlabs Printer Serial Name
    • The Version of PreForm you are running
    • The Firmware Version running on your Formlabs Printer
    • Photos to support the issue you are reporting (photos are really important, take as many as possible of any stage that demonstrates the issue you are experiencing)
    • The Resin type and Version you are printing with (if applicable)

NB* Don't throw away any failed prints, take photos of these to help demonstrate any print fail issues you may be experiencing! 

This is the best start to solving your problems - you are of course welcome to call us but we'll almost always ask for the information requested above in an email before being able to get help underway, so get fixed quicker by emailing us first.
