Support and Help with your Formlabs Printer and Prints

If you are experiencing a problem with your Formlabs printer, or your prints, then let us know and we'll help you. Here's how to contact us for the speediest diagnosis of any issue you may be encountering:
- In your email describe in as much detail as possible the issue you are encountering and ensure you include the following information:
- Your Formlabs Printer Serial Name (you will find this on the back of the machine - it will be two words in the following format, AdjectiveAnimal)
- Tell us the type of printer you are using, Form 2, Form 3, Form 3L, for example
- What version of PreForm are you running - if you are not running the most recent PreForm version available for your printer then you should update that first to see if it solves the problem you are having. Read about and find the latest PreForm version for your printer here on the Formlabs website
- What Firmware version is running on your printer
- A link to Photos that demonstrate the issue you are reporting - photos are important and an essential tool in diagnosing issues. Take as many photos as you can of each stage to help show the problem you have.
- The Resin Type and Version you are printing with
- If your problem is with a failed print then share your .FORM file with us (the .FORM file is the file that PreForm creates and sends to the printer)
- Please note and send photos of any Error Codes you are receiving
NB* Don't throw away any failed prints, take photos of these to help demonstrate any print fail issues you may be experiencing.
